Summary
Casablanca express: "It is 1942 and the conflict between the U.S. and Germany is getting heated. Winston Churchill is kidnapped by Nazi paratroopers. Now Al Cooper must rescue him"--Container. Cold war killers: "When a plane carrying extremely valuable cargo crashed into a lake, it is still sought after twenty-seven years later. The contents of the plane are not only of interest to Russian Intelligence but of England's defense staff as well. Both sides are willing to pay whatever price necessary to obtain the top-secert goods for themselves, including mowing down any man who gets in the way--Container". A yank in Libya: "US war correspondent Mike Malone is in Libya on assignment. When he unearths a Nazi conspiracy involving a revolt of the Arab tribes living in Libya he soon becomes the hunted. When he goes to the British Intelligence for help he learns that the British are already planning a coup. Double-crossings and secret alliances make the solution all the more complicated"--Container. Waterfront: "The setting is San Francisco where two Nazi spies have set up shop under assumed identities. The pair's front man poses as innocent optometrist Dr. Carl Decker. Decker's go-to guy is Victor Marlowe, a Nazi henchman who terrorizes local German Americans into keeping their mouths shut by making threats against their families. But when their codebook containing top-secret information makes its way into the unsuspecting hands of Jerry Donovan, it is up to him to save the day by preserving democratic ideals"--ContainerDisc 2. Commandos: "U.S. Army Sgt. Sullivan is in an against-all-odds war adventure about a group of misfit soldiers he trains to stage a daring mission in North Africa. The platoon is ordered to take over an Italian camp, but as soon as the American soldiers reach their target, all hell breaks loose when some unexpected twists get in the way of completing their mission." Eagles attack at dawn: This story "is centered on a rescue mission to retrieve Israeli commandos from a Syrian prison. The operation is a covert maneuver involving members of the Israeli Army and Security Services".--Container. Hitler's SS: portrait of evil: "An overall look at Hitler's regime, focusing in on two young brothers from Berlin who join the Nazi camp"--Container. Go for broke: "The 442nd Regimental Combat Team is honored due to its make-up of mostly Japanese-American volunteers who loyally and courageously fought in World War II against their homeland and in the name of the United States. In particular, the film focuses on Lt. Mike Grayson, who holds prejudices against his men; ideas that were prevalent about all Japanese-Americans at the time. But as he watches the valiant men selflessly engage in battle, the lieutenant's biases are slowly chipped away until they are completely dissolved by the end of the war"--Container
